The retreat will begin on the 13th of Jan, 2026.
We finish up on the 22nd, but you have accomodation until 11am on the 23rd.
We would recommend travelling on the 13th or before, the first offical day will begin early on the 14th. -

You will be staying in a prime location at The Blue, a modern 4 star hotel in a prime location.
The rooms are spacious and designed for comfort.
You will have your own superior room with a balcony, perfect for relaxing between training sessions, or just taking some time out for you!
The Blue has 2 rooftop swimming pools, a sun terrace, recovery centre, gym & more! -
All your training & activities will be included, the itinerary is based around trying new things & pushing yourself outside your comfort zone.
The sessions include but aren’t limited to:
High intensity workouts.
Strength workouts.
Cross Fit.
Muay Thai.
Jui Jitsu.
Hikes.
Yoga.
BUT, it’s not all about training, this is where we’re different.
This retreat will be balanced, we will do things that are good for the soul.
Dinners, breath work, meditation, journaling, spas, massages, dancing, saunas & ice baths & more.
We will get up close and personal with elephants, watch the sun set in beautiful locations & keep you on your toes with plenty of surprises.
Not one day will be the same.
Every day will bring the opportunity for growth, connection & memories you will treasure.
Transport to all activities is included in your package.
Basically, the only thing not included when you arrive is your meals.
