So, you’re thinking about making some serious changes & ready to achieve your goals?

Working with me 1:1 is great way to keep yourself accountable while we find structure & habits that work for you & your lifestyle as you work towards your goals.

A few things you should know about working with me:

  • If your goal is to lose X amount by X date - I’m not for you.
    My coaching is based on working on your lifestyle, it isn’t a quick fix & I will not encourage dramatic weight loss.

  • In saying that, I do understand that weight loss is generally a driver for wanting to work with a coach. I will always be upfront & honest with you, but I want what’s best for you long term.
    I’m not here to flash extreme before & after photos, the before & afters that matter to me are how you feel about yourself, how you see yourself & how you change your life bit by bit.


    How it works:

  • You will gain access to The Flexible Eating Method. (RRP: $349)
    This is included in your container.

  • We will work together for a minimum of 16 weeks.

  • We will check in every single week.
    One week we will do a written check in with progress photos & on the alternating week we will have a 30 minute Zoom call.

  • You will have access to my app.
    In this app we will track your progress in depth, we will monitor your habits & your personalised training program will be uploaded in here & updated monthly.

  • You will be added to the group chat.
    This is on Instagram & is where I communicate everything I need from you for check ins, reflections & general hyping up from like minded women!

  • I will support you through all your highs & lows, we will get through it all together. I am here for you, not just as your coach, but as your friend.







For all direct debits, payments will be set up and processed through Newie. These payments include a 2.9% transaction fee.
